That's the thing though - historically cub porn has been used for those reasons, which isn't exactly unsurprising given it's literally just drawn cp. So while I applaud any efforts at shutting the attempts of that stuff down for the sake of people who aren't doing it/aren't actually attracted to IRL children there's still a part of that community which has or does use it as a front. It's not causal, but there are certainly correlations.
